Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to clients and customers to promote products or services.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume, hiring conversion rates, and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Reorganize the database
- Connect to each individual
- Conversation as per calling script
- Maximum three attempts on non responsive number ( different dates & time)
- Generate daily report as per the format.
- Create a dashboard and update.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in calling/ hiring.
- Strong calling skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in the English language (written & spoken).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity levels.
