Job Description

Calculation & generation of service invoices.
Keep the tracking of service engineers movement and effective travel scheduling.
Preparation of service quote and AMC.
Create reports and presentation.
Coordination with service staff and clients.

Required Candidate profile

Graduate with 3+ years of experience as service coordinator / customer support executive. Must have excellent communication skill and knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
