Job Description

Must have experience on taking calls for Printers, Router, Email, Facebook and Other Related Peripherals and Issues.
Need to Handle US Technical Support Calls.
Providing Technical Service's & Sell Warranty Plans.

Required Candidate profile

Strong understanding of basic Email basic issues and also basic troubleshooting
of common computer issues
Strong technical and analytical skills.
Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of software problems.
