Designation: Customer success Associate
Role & responsibilities
Attracting New Customers: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, often through calls.
Building Relationships: Establishing good relationships with existing customer to retain and identify upselling opportunities.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrating expertise in company products or services and their benefits.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Presenting products or services to potential and existing customers.
CRM Management: Maintaining accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Meeting Sales Targets: Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales quotas.
Preferred candidate profile
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer engagement.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Sales Techniques: Proficiency in various sales strategies and tactics.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to effectively negotiate.
Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to address customer concerns and find solutions.
Time Management: Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks within a territory.
Shifts: Any 9 Hours between 9 am to 9 pm.
6 days working 1 Rotational week off.
