Key Responsibilities :

Insurance Consultant recruitment as per company strategy and standards.

To ensure and maintain levels of Productivity as prescribed.

Team development & coaching.

Develop business segment as per company strategy and compliance.

Desired Profile:

Graduate / Post Graduate

Minimum 2 years work experience

Communication skills

Team handling skills

Training & Motivation

Candidate from :

Banking / Insurance / Pharma / Telecom / FMCG / Retail / would be preferred.

CTC negotiable based on currentCTC and experience .
