Company: Elite Business Solutions

Location: Mohan Estate Office, Delhi

Job Type: Full-time

Working Days: 5.5 days per week

Shifts: Rotational shifts, including rotational week offs

Timings: Any 9-hour shift between 9 am to 10 pm

Salary: Around 33,000 INR in hand

Incentives: Performance-based incentives up to 15,000 INR

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound calls from customers regarding eyewear retail chain processes.
  2. Provide excellent customer support and address customer queries and concerns efficiently.
  3. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  5. Strive to meet and exceed performance targets and goals.
  6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer service and process efficiency.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  8. Stay updated with the latest product information and industry trends.
  9. Uphold the company's reputation by providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  1. Fresher or experienced in calling team roles.
  2. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
  3. Confidence in speaking and the ability to engage with customers effectively.
  4. Good knowledge of customer support business practices.
  5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  8. Punctuality and adherence to work schedules.
  9. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends.
  10. Self-motivated and target-oriented.
