Working Days: 5.5 days per week
Shifts: Rotational shifts, including rotational week offs
Timings: Any 9-hour shift between 9 am to 10 pm
Salary: Around 33,000 INR in hand
Incentives: Performance-based incentives up to 15,000 INR
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding eyewear retail chain processes.
- Provide excellent customer support and address customer queries and concerns efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Strive to meet and exceed performance targets and goals.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer service and process efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Stay updated with the latest product information and industry trends.
- Uphold the company's reputation by providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Fresher or experienced in calling team roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
- Confidence in speaking and the ability to engage with customers effectively.
- Good knowledge of customer support business practices.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Punctuality and adherence to work schedules.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
