Position: Service Desk Executive, IT Helpdesk, Technical Service Desk Executive (L1)

Location : Andheri, Airoli, Halol (Vadodara)

Salary: Rs. 12,000/- Rs. 20,000/-

Notice Period: Not more then 30 days.

Responsibilities:

  • Must have worked on a ticketing tool, SLA management, incident management.
  • Should have knowledge on call analysis.
  • Should be proficient in Excel.
  • Thorough knowledge on ITIL Processes and MIS.
  • Must be a Graduate
