A 24 X 7 call center which handles around 40,000 calls a day, 8% of which result in emergency dispatches from field manned by over 150 call center agents and 15 doctors , team leads /managers /quality personnel. In addition, the support functions of HR, T&D, Marketing , Technology, Quality, Finance, Fleet, PPP, SCM need to be effectively and efficiently handled to achieve the organizational goals.
*Brand Management
Own the EMRI Green Health Services brand in the state. Effectively manage the Press and other media for a positive brand image. Effectively co opt other voluntary organizations and bodies, general public to further the cause of EMRI Green Health Services and to build the brand image of the 108 Emergency Management services.

*Financial Management
Is responsible for the annual budgetary planning for operational and capital expenditure and effective and efficient utilization of finances in line with approved budgets. Needs to observe highest standards of financial Integrity and periodically subject the system to audits from appropriate agencies, internal and external.
*Business Expansion:
Conceptualization of new project proposals, liasioning with stake holders, including budgetary preparation, launching and stabilization of New projects.
