The Taj Mahal Palace , Mumbai & Taj Mahal Tower , Mumbai , Mumbai Guest Relations Executive (Ladies Only) The - Fro - Mum - 2019 - 10 - 07 - 5006 Location Mumbai Job Responsibilities To abide by the mission statement of the hotel , department and the respective section. To receive the guests and conduct them to their rooms. To ensure that a guest is warmly greeted and escorted to the table. To welcome regular guests by their name. To answer question whenever asked by the guests. To inform the guests about the important aspects and speciality of the hotel To ensure special instructions and requests if any from a guest are duly carried out To attend all guests complaints in a prompt manner. To ensure that the guest is comfortable at all times To record all reservations correctly. To handle cash as and when required. To ensure that uniforms are always neat and clean and observe the grooming standards as laid down by the hotel. Adherence to the guidelines mentioned in the TPAM and TCOC and thorough adherence to the IT etiquettes is to be followed. To always adhere to personal grooming as per the standards laid down by the hotel and maintain high standards of grooming. To perform such other duties as may be assigned from time to time by persons placed in authority above you.
