Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Payroll Management & attendance management

  • Preparing Payroll input file and ensure Centralized Payroll processing for all employees .
  • Addition & Deletion of employees in Monthly Payroll
  • Collect monthly payroll inputs from sites including New Joiners, Resignations, Salary revisions, Loss of pay etc.
  • Preparing salary statement & generating pay slips .
  • Deletion of resigned employees and preparation of F & F.

Statutory Compliance

  • PF, ESIC, PT calculation challan generation and remittance.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual returns as applicable under statutory compliance.
  • To Make sure the organisation complying as per state labour laws. Liaising with various departments and authorities.
  • Statutory Compliance Activities for various locations & our sites .
  • Conducting audit as per the state acts and publishing the compliance report. Preparing statutory registers statewide under all applicable labour laws. Applying licenses under labour Act throughout PAN India like Shop Registration,Trade license, CLRA License, 365 days working exemption certificate, maintaining records in electronic format exemption certificate,

Preferred candidate profile

SAP knowledge is must

Knowledge and experience in Labour Laws: Provident Fund Act, ESI Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of wages Act, Maternity Act, Bonus Act, Shop, Act, Factories Act, Employment Exchange Act, Contract labour Act , Payment of gratuity Act Better than average written and spoken communication skills. Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department staff members. Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive management team that provides overall company leadership and direction. Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources recognition and engagement programs and processes. Evidence of the ability to practice and coach organization managers in the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
