Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Manager Operations to lead the fuel relationship with a focus on key fuel merchants, one of our important accounts. You will be responsible for continuously tracking, executing, and managing the partnership with these organisations. This includes overseeing deployments, achieving targets, managing partner relationships, providing feedback, generating reports, and ensuring business continuity across fuel operations nationwide. You will play a vital role in driving the Fuel project in line with business and client expectations.


Responsibilities:


Fuel Project Management:

  • Govern and drive the deployments and operations related to the specific project.
  • Set and achieve targets aligned with business and client expectations.
  • Continuously track progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Team Management:

  • Lead a team of fuel merchant professionals, providing guidance and direction.
  • Drive team members' performance through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, ensuring teamwork and effective communication.
  • Ensure business continuity and operational excellence in key merchants operations PAN India.

Call Management and Sales Force Tracking:

  • Manage and resolve complaints promptly, ensuring efficient and satisfactory customer service.
  • Track and monitor service requests (SR) raised by the sales force, ensuring timely closure within the required turnaround time (TAT).
  • Implement systems and processes to effectively manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

Partner Governance:

  • Establish and maintain strong partner relationships for effective stock management, timely deployments, and partner audits.
  • Monitor partner performance, adherence to agreed-upon service levels, and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure partner compliance, quality assurance, and process adherence.

Key Merchant Relationship Management:

  • Foster strong relationships with key merchants, ensuring their satisfaction with service response and service quality.
  • Address merchant queries and concerns promptly, providing effective solutions and support.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance merchant experience and drive merchant loyalty.

Cluster Operations Management:

  • Oversee overall operations related to fuel merchant in all clusters.
  • Be available for internal and external stakeholders, addressing their queries and ensuring business and service excellence.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and optimize processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in fuel merchant management, with a focus on key merchant or similar key accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the fuel industry, including fuel procurement, supply chain, and partner relationships.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, driving performance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to travel as required to oversee operations and meet with stakeholders.
  • Play a crucial role in managing our relationship with key fuel merchant, driving project success, and ensuring business excellence.
