Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Voice Support & Email technical Support to ensure closure as per ITIL Incident Management process.
• Follow-up/update ticket for every call to ensure timely closure.
• Call ownership, drive to resolution and communication with customer.
• Perform Life Cycle of Incident Management Process, starting with Incident Logging to Call Closure and customer satisfaction survey.
• Proactive monitoring & Perform documented Escalation process.
• Troubleshooting on Application Support (Off Shelf or Customized)
• Troubleshooting on Printers & MFDs
• Troubleshooting on VPN software and Collaboration tools
• Troubleshooting on Password Reset tools and Remote Control tools
• Troubleshooting of MS Windows & Office, Desktops, Laptops, iPad Peripherals and Networking
• Troubleshooting Application and Workplace IT & Communications & Collaboration Support (including IP Telephony)

Preferred candidate profile

• Applicant must be a graduate(Technical Graduates - BCA/ B.E./ B.TECH, B.Com(Computers).
• Applicant must have good understanding of computer and operating systems, basic awareness of networking concepts, should be able to answer basic questions such as:-

- How to troubleshoot Wi-Fi connectivity issues

- What are different input and output devices

- How to uninstall a program in windows machine? Etc.

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills. English language testing, acceptable tests are the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language), TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication), IELTS (International English Language Testing Service) and the proficiency rating must be the equivalent of IELTS 7 or higher; OR Versant score of 65 or higher
• Candidates is expected to display:

- A technical, logical thought process

- An ability to stick to strict deadlines

- A keen eye for detail

• Willingness to work in 24/7 environment
• Freshers & People with relevant experience upto 1 year can apply.

Salary Details :-

• Freshers (0 Years of experience) - 3.50 LPA
• Experienced (6M - 1 Year of experience) - 4.80 LPA
