Skills: Pharma,veterinary,freshers,clinical services,finance and accounting,accounts payable.

We are looking for someone who can play a conduit to the Accounts Payable function having a Veterinary experience.

Responsibilities

          Help AP IP team with the analysis of clinical services to pets (surgeries, pharmacy related and others etc.).

          Support team members in processing corrections by clarifying their doubts and confusions.

          Updates job knowledge by identifying opportunities/changes in the process and documenting them in the SOPs (process documents) for future reference.

          Devise ways of working including trainings / ready reckoners for teams reference with a view to make them independent

          Help with maintaining 100% accuracy of invoice processing task.

          Good knowledge of excel reports like Pivot table, formulas, formatting and cleansing the data.

          Required to work UK shift time and being flexible with the change in future, if needed as per any requirement.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications/skillset

          BVSc / BPharma

Other skills requirements

          Must have excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.

          Excellent time management and planning skills are a must.

          Attention to detail, good analytical, multi-tasking and problem-solving capabilities.

          Drive to achieve results and deliver on assigned goals.
