Job Description
Role: Senior Business Analyst (M):
- A full-stack data scientist that loves solving business problems.
- Work with business leads and functional teams to understand the business domain and engage with fellow analysts to build data science solutions that empower better decision making.
- Passionate about data quality of all business metrics and flexibility of the solution that scales to respond to broader business questions.
Your bucket of undertakings:
- Consistently strive to acquire new skills on AI and ML, Big Data, Cloud, DevOps
- Understand the business problem and translate these to data models, algorithms and data science outcomes.
- Explore new technologies and learn new techniques to solve business problems creatively.
- Think big! and drive the strategy for predictive analytics for the business functions.
- Collaborate with many teams - engineering and business, to build better data science products
Area of Expertise:
- At least 3 -5 years of experience in managing machine learning lifecycle projects, developing predictive data models, data collection from multiple sources, data processing and data analysis for big data, relational databases and data warehouses.
- Extensive hands-on experience implementing data science and predictive analytics models using Python, R, Azure ML, Azure SQL DB, Azure services: ADLS, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Synapse/DW, ML Studio, AI/ML, etc.
- Hands-on experience in training and testing data models on Azure cloud and Big Data.
- Designing and creating a suitable working environment for data science workloads, exploring data, training machine learning models, implementing pipelines, running jobs to prepare for production.
- Managing, deploying, and monitoring scalable machine learning solutions.
- Experience working with Developer tools such as Azure DevOps, Visual Studio Team Server, Github etc.
- Experience with private and public cloud architectures, pros/cons, and migration considerations.
- Expose output data to end users using Power BI, Azure API Apps or other modern visualization platform or experience.

- Graduate degree in engineering/statistics/Data Science.
