Wfm Scheduler - Mumbai (All Areas) @ Teleperformance

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Create and publish schedules for the staff as per agreed timelines and process.
2. Ensure that all staffing constraints, scheduling rules, labor laws, local compliances and fairness are ensured in the schedules created and published.
3. Maintain and update scheduling software and reporting data management activities around employee scheduling.
4. Process and update staff requests related to Leaves, Holidays, VTO, PTO etc.
5. Plan and optimize Breaks & Lunches and other Offline activities for the staff.
6. Review and optimize schedules at pre-defined and agreed frequencies to account for changes in patterns (volumes & AHT) and staff availability (shrinkage & attrition)
7. Provide recommendations to manage staffing gaps through shift slides, Rest Day optimization, split shifts, Time Off in Liew and Overtime

Ensure enough agents are available against forecasted workload and ensure delivery of agreed SLA.

Preferred candidate profile

- Need minimum 1 year of Scheduler experience mandatory

- Candidate need to be experience on IEX Tools mandatory

- Graduate Mandatory

- Salary upto 6.5lpa (Neg)

- Work location - Malad(Mumbai)

- Working hours - 9 hours

- 24*7 shift 5 days working 2 off
