Job Description

Ensure quality execution in the delivery of a product/service/solution to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and Customer Partner Experience.
Handling end to end project management using Scrum / Agile methodologies.

Required Candidate profile

1-Should have experience in IT service, product, and Infrastructure.
2-Candidate must have excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
3-Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
