Inviting applications for the role o f Senior Manager, Salesforce AI Technical Architect ! We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect with extensive experience in Agentforce , Salesforce Chatbot, Einstein AI, Data Science, Generative AI, and deploying solutions into production within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a Salesforce enthusiast and technical architect who can design, implement, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions to meet our business needs. Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. Develop and configure solutions using the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform configuration. Integrate Salesforce with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. Utilize Agentforce to enhance AI-driven customer service capabilities. Implement and optimize Salesforce Chatbots to improve customer engagement and support. Leverage Einstein AI to develop intelligent solutions that drive business value. Apply Data Science methodologies to analyze complex business problems and generate actionable insights. Develop and implement Generative AI models to enhance business processes and customer experiences. Oversee the deployment of Salesforce solutions into production environments, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, advocating for their adoption when beneficial. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications /Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Relevant years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified AI Specialist, or equivalent. Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), platform configuration, data modeling , and integrations. Expertise in Agentforce , Salesforce Chatbot, and Einstein AI. Strong background in Data Science, including experience with data analysis, statistical modeling , and machine learning techniques. Proven experience with Generative AI models and their application in business contexts. Demonstrated experience in deploying Salesforce solutions into production environments, ensuring best practices in deployment and post-deployment support. Strong understanding of AI, Large Language Models (LLM), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) ecosystems. Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable, and robust Salesforce solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
