Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As the Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our growing company. You will work closely with the management team to ensure efficient workflows, exceptional customer service, and adherence to company policies.Location: Pune
Job Duties of Assistant Manager:
- Assisting clients with immigration paperwork and application processes.
- Managing and maintaining client records and sensitive immigration documents.
- Coordinating with government agencies to ensure compliance with immigration regulations.
- Providing support and guidance to clients regarding visa and work permit applications.
- Conducting research on immigration policies and updates to stay informed about changes.
- Assisting in the preparation and submission of immigration appeals and petitions.
- Handling client inquiries and resolving issues related to their immigration cases.
- Collaborating with legal teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of documentation.
- Organizing and scheduling client appointments and interviews with immigration authorities.
- Keeping abreast of immigration law changes and updates to advise clients accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
