Job Title/Designation: Customer service - travel voice process

Job Description:-We are looking for process associate for voice process who can interact with customers address their concerns, answer their questions and assist them with their needs also who are able to join immediately.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Listen to customers concerns, issues and questions.

Resolve customers concerns and answer customers questions to your best ability.

Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers complaints.

Hindi language Mandatory

Qualifications:-- Graduate / Undergraduate with Fresher or atleast 1 year experience in BPO Company can apply. Excellent and fluent communication skills in Hindi

Additional Information:-- Voice Process- 24*7 Rotational shift- 6days working- Rotational Week off - Location - Chennai
