Managing customer quires with regards to hotel bookings & cancellation.

Customer support via Emails & Calls.

Providing first call resolution to customers & abiding to IGT guidelines.

Comfortable working in 24*7 environment.

Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Prior experience in customer services will be added advantage.
