Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ensuring the smooth functioning on day to day activities and schedules.
Preparation of company records and documentation.
Maintaining recodes of inventory.
Vendor management regarding purchases.
Front office management.
Petty cash management.
Assets management.
Helping other departments in terms of IT related and Admin related issues.
Maintaining fillings and paper work.
Handling all type of office administration work that includes travel within city.

Preferred candidate profile

Should have good working knowledge in Excel and Google sheets for Data Entries.
Should have good MS-office.
Language Preferred - Kannada.
