Experience: 6+ years of work experience in HR Management in BFSI industry
Location: Delhi
NOTE: Age should not be more than 36 years
Job Role:
Works closely with the company to ensure optimum employee participation.
Collaborate with senior management to design and implement HR strategies that support the broader business objectives of the organisation.
Offer perspectives and recommendations on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning to ensure that the proper people is in place to meet future company demands.
Examine HR metrics and workforce data for trends, make data-driven decisions, and boost HR effectiveness.
