Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities -

Management of Overall performance in terms of sales, operations and deliverables of the Group related to Oil & Gas.
The over view of product lines is solution providing for Pressure pumping services, Hydraulics, Filtration, Onsite energy, and allied products and services.
Monitoring and analyzing the market potential.
Analyzing the competitors' product lines and services.
Analyzing our product lines and services and position our products.
Exploring ways of improving existing products and services and offerings.
Identifying target market segmentsand developing strategies to sell our products and services.
Design models for operating lease, rental units, power plants, tender submission, etc.
Preparing and managing salesplans and budgets
Revenues, unit sales, Gross Profit, Net profit, market share, distribution channels, product, positioning, pricing, promotion,USP, LCC, etc.
Liaising with internal departments such as Marketing, Aftermarket, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal & HR
To travel in the territories for sales calls, attend meetings and be close to the customer base, competition activities and continuously.
Managing the overall performance of the team and ensure they achieve the set KRA's & KPI's.
Keep improving our product offerings, take corrective actions and keep improving, suggestions and reports to the managementon a regular basis,
Supporting and managingthe sales team.

Liaising and understanding our principal's sales strategies and objectives and try to be in line as far as possible so as not deviate from our market situation.

Required Profile

(Candidate should have an exposure to)

Should haveexperience in Oil & Gas Industry selling products, services - Well serving, Fire Pump drivers, drilling drive, drilling production, On-site Energy etc.

Should be well-versed with Upstream (Extraction), Mainstream (Transportation) and Downstream (Distribution) operations.

Should have experience in rental business and operating lease.

Certified by energy auditor will be preferred.

Experience in Shell, Tulow, Petrobras, Exxon Mobil etc. Will be preferred.

Overseas experience will be preferred.

Pumps and Value Knowledge (GE Pumps)

Should be computer savvy and should be proficient in MS Office.
