Job Description

• Recruitment of third party resources
• New employee on-boarding and orientation
• Attendance, time office management
• Employee query and grievance handling
• Assist with payroll processing
• Monitor employee morale and company culture
• Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary

Education & Experience:

• MBA/Graduate/Dip- HR with 2+ years of experience
• Compliance, Payroll knowledge
• Attendance, time office management
• Communication skill
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
