Financial Planning Analyst - Delhi - Om Human @ Om Human Resource

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage costs, track expenses, and analyze budget vs. actual spend.
• Identify areas of high spending and recommend cost reduction strategies.
• Ensure stakeholders are informed about cost consumption.
• Ensure compliance with internal audit and info security requirements.
• Process and verify master data from different teams.
• Maintain data quality through regular cleaning.
• Assist in implementing master standards and guidelines.
• Address queries related to cost management.
• Generate reports and dashboards for decision-making.
• Conduct MIS trainings for other functions.
• Recommend technology tools to improve reporting efficiency.
• Analyze finance plans and provide insights for key decisions.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in commercial product management or data analytics.

1-3 years of experience in master data management, preferably in hospitality.

Knowledge of financial accounting and cost analysis.

Proficiency in SAP.
