Job Profile: Hr Executive( Training Coordinator)

Experience: 4-5 Year

CTC: UP TO 5 Lcas

Location:Indore(Pithampur)

Job Role:  

• Assign training activities to employees.
• Prepare the training scheduled and accordingly schedule the training for employees.
• Map out the training plans for new employees as prescribed.
• Conduct the training for all the employees.
• Conduct behavioral training activities.
• Conduct the induction program for the newly hired employees.
• Organize the outbound training activities.
• Maintain all training records and files according to the SOP defined.
• Issue the documents and update the same in the log books.
• Ensure 100% training compliance
• Arrange the technical training for staff through the qualified trainers.
• Prepare the annual training calendar.
• Check and evaluate the effectiveness of training.
• Helping in finalization of the training needs of the employees
• Finalization of the training calendar
• Ensuring adherence to the training calendar
• Close co-ordination with the chosen trainers for date finalization of the trainings
• Finding out training effectiveness for all types of training
• Ensuring updating of training file as per with audit requirements
• Ensuring payment done to vendors
• Prepare SOP as per the trainings.
• Prepare all the documents as per the audit requirements.
