JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for complete sales capability building cycle and is responsible for leading and coaching sales activity across the region in line with the State & Region Strategies.

KEY RESULT AREAS:


  1. Single point contact for ensuring 100% secondary sales visibility, every day. Primary point of contact for DMS and day-to-day problem solver.
  2. Ensures new outlets are updated 100% as per master-data requirements, ensuring the sanctity and cleanliness of master-data, removing duplicity, reporting accurate distribution numbers - in terms of retail outlets/classification, etc.
  3. Ensures beat plans are practical and constantly revised to include/add new outlets, remove old shut outlets, new distributors/territory realignments, etc. (everything thats happening on the ground, being reflected in the DMS system).
  4. Ensures pre-sales orders from SRs are properly passed on to the distributors for fulfilment. Tracks and reports fulfilment to the management - especially to the Sales Head.
  5. Defines & communicates stock norms for distributors & HDCs (based on their volumes/region, etc.) and sets up and maintains systems to ensure that stocks are maintained at all times as per company norms in every distributor/HDC
  6. Defines warehousing norms, FSSAI requirements, etc. Coordinates random audits and ensures that compliance is 100%
  7. Responsible for induction plans for all SEs/SRs (junior mgmt & off-role staff) in sales
  8. Responsible for tracking capability gaps & coordinating training programs, tracking its effectiveness, report cards, follow up on OJTs, etc. If required, unafraid to go to the field and do the training himself.

Pre-Requisites:


Should have knowledge on Handling DMS activities, Vendor Management

Must have 6-12 yrs of experience in FMCG Industry

Male Candidates are preferred
