Job Description

Oracle Cloud Architect should have strong understanding of cloud computing technology and infrastructure as well as experience in designing and migrating applications to the cloud. Migration of on-premises servers to OCI cloud using automated shell scripts. Should have the working experience in

Cloud adoption planning, application design, management and monitoring

Cloud computing service models like SaaS, Paas, Iaas

Deployment in cloud environments including public cloud, private cloud, and hybrid cloud

Understanding on Cloud Network designing.

Design IP Networks (Subnets) on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and extend it on premise network

Design Network ACLs, Security Lists and Rules for fine grained access control between subnets, on premise to cloud and to/from internet traffic.

Design connectivity between BMCS hosted servers (app servers) and databases hosted on ExaCS either using NAT IPs or Proxy Server.

DNS Setup for Private and Public IP.

Create IP Networks, IP Network Exchange, Security rules/lists,

Establish DNS resolving to parent domain with Client.

Establish connectivity between Primary and Secondary DCs (availability Domains)

Understanding on connectivity to server via internet and on-premise network as per the customer requirement.

Have strong automation knowledge.

Should have a Security First Approach.
