- About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity for Business Analyst @Annalect India playing a crucial role in ensuring the successful transition of applications from legacy systems to modern platforms on cloud. Location: Bangalore/Chennai/Gurgaon/Hyderabad This is an exciting role and would entail you to: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements relating to migration of project code, timekeeping and utilization Conduct detailed analysis of existing systems and processes to identify migration needs and objectives Develop comprehensive migration plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies Coordinate with technical teams to ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation during migration process Recommend best practices and standards for application migration Act as a liaison between business units/functions such as Client Success, HR, IT and external vendors to ensure alignment with business goals Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, issues, and risks Develop and execute test plans to ensure migrated applications meet business requirements and function correctly in the new environment Validate data integrity and application performance post-migration Create detailed documentation of migration processes, including business requirements, technical specifications, and user guides Maintain accurate records of all migration activities and decisions This may be the right role for you if you have: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on application migration or IT projects Exposure to Workforce Management tools such as Adobe Workfront, JIRA, and ERPs such as SAP SuccessFactors, CRM tools such as PEGA, Salesforce Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and developing migration plans Understanding of application architectures, databases, and cloud platforms Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft, JIRA, D365) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address migration challenges. Ability to analyze complex data and processes to develop effective migration strategies Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus,
