About the Job

We are looking for an Intern Analyst who will play a key role in understanding the application, assisting the accounts in getting onboarded, roster management and reporting requirements.

As Intern Analyst, You Will

• Understand the applications, features, support, and reporting
• Gather, maintain validate, analyze, and prepare rosters
• Demonstrate the application to stakeholders
• Ability to understand and document the application requirements
• Build and manage business relationships with internal customers
• Adhere to the provided timelines and deliverables
• Understand agent monitoring application, support, and reporting
• Engage with internal customers for application support

Requirements

As Intern Analyst, You Have

• Degree or Diploma in any related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum one year of experience in customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Basic knowledge with Microsoft Office Excel/Google sheet
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated strength in relationship building, technical understanding and problem solving
