FinOps Analyst, Operation Readiness Team @ 24-7 Intouch

Job Description

GAR (Global Accts Rec) is looking for an efficient and detail-oriented analyst to join Operation Readiness Team (ORT) for configuring system for new business launches. The ORT Analyst's responsibilities include coordinating with other departments to ensure the inputs received for setting up the business in accounting ERP is complete and accurate. To be successful as a ORT Analyst you should be able to work independently and efficiently under pressure. The goal is to ensure that system setup is complete and accurate and sign off from all stakeholders are received.
Key job responsibilities
1. Understanding of Accounts Receivables process
2. Operational knowledge of Billing, Cash Applications and Collections Processes.
3. Validating the completeness and accuracy of the system setup inputs received from Business teams.
4. Ability to work independently with multiple teams to resolve issues.
5. Ensure that testing is complete and results are as expected
6. Work with multiple stakeholders to get the sign off on the test results
7. Timely updation of the the ORT tool with the latest status of the project, Bachelor s Degree in Commerce
2+ yrs of experience managing cross-functional projects and programs
Strong knowledge of all Account Receivable sub processes
Previous experience supporting Finance projects and exposure to Finance systems/Applications Prior exposure to Oracle ERP
Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-growing and often ambiguous environment; effective multi-tasking skills are vital
