Job Description

• Greets guests and presents them with the menu.
• Inform guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.
• Suggest food and beverage to the guest and also try to upsell.
• Take food and beverage orders from the guests on the order taking pads .
• Punch the order on the pos machine and make sure to ensure enter the special requirements made                                              by the guests while ordering the food.
• Communicate to the guest and provide assistance with their queries.
• Maintaining proper dining experience ,delivering items. fulfilling customer needs offering.
• Help other area of the restaurant such as answering telephone and completing financial transaction.
• Freshers with relevant Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management can also apply.
• Job Location Mumbai.
