Job Description

Position Purpose

Software engineer for application development and maintenance, as per assigned activities and tasks by lead/manager.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

Application Developer, Responsible for Development of Java/j2ee application

Contribute in application review and proposing design

Participate in regular promotions of development code through User Acceptance Testing to roduction.

Technical interviewing skills

Reduce technical debt of the application

Contributing Responsibilities

Acquire and share knowledge on functional/ technical topics within and across teams.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Technical skill Core Java, Spring, database/hibernate, JEE

Ensure team follows all the quality process of the project

Assign responsibility and review performance

Encourage learning and skill upgradation & build strong expertise on key technologies within team
