Senior Software Developer -Data Analytics @ Pursuit Software

In this role, you will be part of a new team working on innovating sophisticatedengineering software solutions leveraging the cloud. You will developa system that provisions, configures, and optimizes cloud infrastructure for different types of digital simulation workloads based on collecting and analyzing data across various customer verification environments. Your responsibilities include defining and prototyping verification regression metric collection, storage and analysis engines as well as creating algorithms to cluster environments with common characteristics and learning from the stored metrics. Storage, visualization, etc. need to work in on-premise and in-cloud infrastructure.

Job Requirements:

• B.S. in Electrical or Computer Science Engineering (preferred)
• 5+ years experience in developing software involving web, application and database
• Knowledge of Cloud technologies e.g. Google Cloud, AWS, etc.
• Exposure to ML clustering and prediction algorithms is a plus
• Experience in developing prototypes and concept definitions
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and team-communication skills in global / cross timezone environment.
• Strong debug skills for diagnosing issues
• Skilled data analysis related in programming using Python, C/C++, SQL, etc.
• Exposure to any data visualization tools is a plus, e.g, Tableau, Looker, etc.
• Some understanding of functional verification, simulation and regressing concepts is a plus
• Strong skills in oral and written communication , especially involving analytical concepts and methods.
• Must be very agile and and able to learn new concepts and technologies quickly to createsolutions quickly based on customer feedback
