Job Description:

• He/She will be part of the HR and work with the Zonal HR Lead to define & execute the HR deliverables.
  
• Will be responsible for Hiring Blue collar workforce, Bulk hiring
  
• Align business practice with people to drive effective performance. Identify, analyse, scale and implement best practices suited for the organization through effective HR.
  
• Good in handling IR Issues, compliance etc on a day to day basis ensure closure of employees issues, maintain employee relations across assets..
  
• Managing the entire Employees life cycle- hire to retire.
  
• Open to work in rotation shifts & ability to work in streching hours during business exigencies.
