Looking for a candidate who has experience in lateral hiring as a BFSI recruiter.

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in BFSI hiring.
• Must have done BFSI hiring such as KYC/AML, Investment banking, Payment Investigation, Cards.
• Must have experience/knowledge in lateral hiring, sourcing, Scheduling, Co-coordinating.
• Experience from BPO/consultancy is preferred.
• Sourcing relevant candidates as per requisite from Job Portals.
• Graduation is Mandatory.
