NOTE - CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN BOTH BACK AND STORAGE

Role Looking for an experienced IT professional in the Technical Lead role to manage the Storage and Backup infrastructure. As a technical lead in this highly visible role, you will be responsible for ensuring that Our storage offerings are robust,scalable, sustainable, and minimize impacts to productivity.

The candidate must be well trained and experienced on various storage and backup technologies. Must have good implementation and production support experience. Experience in the Windows domain is a must and Linux exposure is desirable.

Job Profile Having 5 years of working Experience in the IT Industry.

2 Years of experience in Storage, Backup.

5 Years experience on backup tools like Commvault, VEEAM etc.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong Coordination ability with infra teams and multiple OEM vendors.

ITIL Incident, task, problem and change management.

Planning, Installing, Configuring Storage devices, FC switches , Servers & Network devices in Data center environment.

Hands on experience on: Dell EMC [PowerMAX & SC Series] & Netapp storage arrays.

Array/Switches OS upgradation, data migration, storage Vmotion peer motion, provisioning thin/thick, troubleshooting, decommissioning host and storage devices , performance tuning.

Solving hardware issues and configuration issues on storage systems and switches.

Report making capacity planning/future allocation, space reclamation, outage issue working with vendors and analyzing IOPS nature IO size, bandwidth flow, service time.

Hands-on experience in implementation of various Virtualization and Private Cloud environments including VMware vSphere, VMware vCloud Suite and Windows Hyper-V.

Hands-On experience on implementing various Hyperconverged solutions including Nutanix, VxRail etc

Hands-On experience in planning and execution of data center migration and have a proven track record of multiple successful DC migrations.

Experienced in analyzing the existing virtual Infrastructure, reviewing the configuration and performance. Providing recommendations, planning and execution of configuration changes, major software/firmware upgrades to offer performance improvements and upgrades to the hardware when required.

Administration experience on vSphere 6.x & 7.x environments. Handling of technical escalations and facing security audits.

Training on major public cloud technologies like GCP and Azure is an added benefit.
