Experience: 0 to 1 Years (Fresher welcome)
Salary:- 10K stipend for initially three months after that CTC Offered 2L fixed. With One year bond
Location:- Goregaon E- Mumbai
Immediate Joiner only
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Work in 24/7 shift operations
* Act as the first point of contact for customers to report IT Incidents/Service Request over phone call, email, WhatsApp
* Answer customer requests for assistance by email, WhatsApp, Chat or over the phone call
* Correctly log tickets (Incidents and Service Request) in ticketing portal
* Categorizing and Prioritizing Tickets as per defined criteria / procedure
* Assign tickets to right resolver team
* Dealing with incoming issue/service request in a professional, courteous manner
* Perform SOP based FLR first level resolution
* Providing timely updates and ensuring the Ticket is given the correct level of priority and attention
* Follow internal Escalations process for high priority incidents through phone call to Technology Teams
Skills:
* Good Communication Skills - Verbal & Written
* Proficiency in MS Office (specially in Excel, Word)
* Team Player and Quick Learner
* Demonstrate ownership (Strong customer-focus)
* Ability to understand the IT related issues and process
* Ability to respond adequately to inquiries or complaints
