We Requires 7 Desktop Support/L1 Engineer at Goregaon E

Work Experience (in years):6 Months to 1.5 Years as Remote Support Engineer. Prior experience in remote application support will be added advantage

Salary : up to 23K ( Depends on Cur CTC & Exp)

Candidate Must be interested to work in Rotational Shifts including Night Shifts

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Work in 24/7 shift operations (Rotational Shift)
* Act as the first point of contact for resolving customers IT Incidents / Service Request
* Receive tickets (Incidents, Service requests, RFI) through Ticketing Tool
* Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) based on SOP
* Troubleshoot, Diagnose and provide appropriate resolution to the customers satisfaction
* Be owner of IT Incident / Service Request right from receipt of request to resolution and closure
* Installation, Troubleshooting and resolution of incidents / service requests related to end points like desktops/thin clients/laptops, OS, internet browsers, anti-virus, messaging clients, printer configurations,
* Install / Uninstall / Reinstall office automation software, client component of business application software, e-mail client, browsers, mobile applications etc as per the need
* Install AV and update DAT
* Install OS Patches
* Update tickets with complete & accurate troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues
* Ensure all Incidents / Service Request are tracked until closure within SLA escalating to other internal and external teams as appropriate

Skills:
* Good Communication Skills - Verbal & Written
* Proficiency in MS Office (specially in Excel, Word)
* Experience in End User Support remotely with the help of remote management tools
* Basic understanding of Hardware & Networking Concepts
* Desktop Operating system and Microsoft standard office product
* Basic understanding on mobile applications
* Installation, troubleshooting issues related to desktop, laptop, thin clients, printers, OS, internet browsers, anti-virus, messaging clients, print queues etc.
* Install/un-install/re-install, office automation software, client component of business application software, e-mail client, browsers etc.
