Manager - Data and Analytics

We are looking for an experienced Data and Analytics professional, who can drive business performance and potential by using the existent and new data sources and techniques. Taggd is on its journey of solving the much talked-about problem for finding the ready to hire talent at the click of a button in a unique new way and we are looking for someone who doesn't mind getting his or her hands dirty and solving hard analytical problems for the business, taking a seat at the table alongside Engineering, Product, Marketing, HR and operations.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure that the business in its various departments understands its own health, finds growth levers, and identifies opportunities for optimization.
- Developing strategies, systems and processes for effective data analysis and reporting
- Define company-wide metrics and dashboard
- Select, configure and implement analytics solutions
- Apply industry knowledge to interpret data and build forecasting models
Requirements :
- Proven experience as an Analytics Manager or Data Engineer
- Knowledge of Excel, SQL and Power BI
- Superb communication skills
- Analytical skills and strong organizational abilities
- Attention to detail and solutioning mindset
- B.Tech/BE in Computer Science, or relevant degree in Statistics, Data Management etc.
