Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
Will be part of Center of Excellence in driving Agile Transformations
Responsible for transitioning and improving Agile Methodology in development
Be part of Agile team to standardize and cross leverage best practices
Contribution towards templates and uniform process
Able to lead and transition a team of 30+ Members in Agile Methodology of delivery
Should act as Scrum Master for teams to coach and train them on Scrum methodology

Required Skills

6-8 Years of relevant experience.
Over all 6 - 8 Years experience in Managing Development projects. Agile Consulting certified in Scrum Methodology or ACP will be added advantage.
Should have delivered project / products in Agile methodology for a period of 2 years
Should have hands-on experience in various activities in agile methodology
Should've transitioned, trained and coached resources in Agile Methodology
Knowledge on JAVA and Health Care Domain is added advantage.
Delivered projects with Automation of testing and Reviews is a must
Coach and nurture the team with delivery.
Experience in coaching Product Owner and creating centralized best practices is added advantage
Should liaise between the customer and technical teams in meeting the expectations of project and delivering on timeline.
Should have process knowledge and have carried out improvements in delivery.
Should have proven track record in bringing innovation and improvements to the project.
Understanding and Exposure of Telecom Industry
Knowledge of Application deployment
Good organizational abilities, oral/written communications and interpersonal skills
Can Join ASAP.
