Handle customer inquiries and complaints via inbound and outbound calls, striving to provide exceptional service at all times.
Listen attentively to customer concerns, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions or resolutions.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring that all issues are documented for future reference.
Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve customer satisfaction and company goals.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor even during challenging situations.
Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Requirements:

A graduate degree or above from a recognized university.
Minimum 6 months of documented experience in any customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer care setting.
Proficient in spoken English for effective communication with customers.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 customer support.
Comfortable working from the office premises.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Salary and Benefits:

Candidates with prior experience and a graduate degree can earn a monthly salary of INR 21,000.
Candidates with prior experience and an undergraduate degree can earn a monthly salary of INR 19,000.
