We're looking for an experienced Analytics Manager to join our team and help us revolutionize the world of customer care. As an Analytics Manager, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, managing, and delivering insights and analytics projects that identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes for efficiency and effortlessness.
You'll support our VP and Directors of Operations, along with Customer Experience, by providing them with data-driven insights that will help them make informed decisions. You'll also mentor, support, and manage a team of Insights Analysts. We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who can identify trends and communicate ways to improve business operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, knowledge of statistical methods, and experience with data analysis software. You'll work collaboratively with our team of customer care professionals to identify areas for improvement and offer expertise that links analyses and results to business challenges.
