- Excellent in Contractual hiring

- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Strong people management & Team Management, Influencing & Negotiation Skills
- Very good understanding of Recruitment / Staffing /Sourcing
- Excellent sales techniques.
- Advanced organizational skills, must be able to handle high levels of complexity
- Experience in services hiring
And, Our 'Must be's'
- Strong communicator and presenter
- Experienced in Business Development & Account Management
- A good social media Netword
- Must be highly familiar with Recruitment, Client acquisition, Client Handling etc
- Must be familiar with Non IT recruitment domain
- An expert in understanding the respective local markets.
- Must be from Contractual staffing industry background preferably from Recruitment companies
- Able to get more clients & Front end all given clients.
