Designation : Business Developement Manager
Experience : 1.5 yrs 6 yrs

Location : Noida

Roles And Responsibility :
  • Generating business through various sources Like Linkedin, online freelancing portal likes odesk, elance, upwork freelancer etc.
  • generating offline business.
  • Candidate should know to write proposals for projects.
  • Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites.
  • Meet new and existing clients and generate new business opportunities with them. 
  • Maintain a proper follow-up system for Business Deal Closures and Payments for the same.
  • Preparing the MIS and sharing it with the management.
  • Schedule online demo, visits and give demos to potential customers
  • Take requirements, prepare presentations & proposals
  • Negotiation & closing of deals
  • Tracking subscription expires and renewals
  • Regular follow-ups with dead / silent / old leads and incoming new leads
  • Regular follow ups for payments, closures
  • Build relationships with customers and seek references
  • Work on outbound lead generation
Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with clients across the world.
  • Candidate should have 1-3 years of work experience as an Online Bidder.
  • Generate Business from Online Bidding Portals (Upwork / GURU / PPH) and from other websites.
  • Identify, create and pursue new business opportunities and clients.
  • Good knowledge of getting quality leads for Mobile Application Development, Web Development and Digital Marketing.
  • Should be flexible working hours when required.
  • Achieving business targets.
  • To be involved in Pre-Bids, Follow ups, Competition Analysis.
  • Able to propose project budgeting to client.
  • Should be Target Oriented and proven track record in the same.
  • Self Motivated & Spontaneous  personality.
