Supervising and overseeing the completion of all engineering projects
Reviewing and approving project designs and budgets
Conducting staff meetings and training sessions
Overseeing equipment installation processes
Scheduling and performing quality control checks
Preparing and presenting product engineering reports
Analyzing and calculating the material and labor costs for various projects
Assigning long and short-term project goals
Interviewing and Recruiting Engineers
Negotiating project terms and conditions with clients
Analyzing and resolving any disputes among the team members
Ensuring that the projects are completed on time and within budget
Communicating the project objectives and delegating tasks to the team members
Must-Have:
Master's or Bachelors's degree in a relevant engineering field
Work experience as a Chief Engineer, Project Engineer, or a similar position in the engineering department
20+ years experience
Holding a valid engineering license
Complete knowledge of various engineering principles and techniques
Exposure to Construction of IT Firms/Industries
