Job description:
1.Creating Excel spreadsheets.
2.Management of the CFOs expense reports
3.Calendar management
4.CRM management
5.Monitoring traffic documents, checks and ACH payments, contracts, invoices, and employment requisitions
6.Offering assistance at Investment, Audit and Risk Committee meetings,
7.preparing minutes, acting as liaison between committee members and staff
8.Assisting with analytical and reporting functions
9.Meeting planning
10.Travel planning
11. Review and approval of C-level executive activities, and directing expense reports
12. Preparing presentations for board members, and the executive team
Assisting with business plan presentation and monthly and quarterly board meeting materials
