Roles and responsibilities
Employee Engagement
Take ownership of all events, activities, and communication towards engagement as per the engagement calendar - Cultural events / festivals, Sports/games, birthdays, Fun on the floor, quarterly R&R awards function.
R&R
Diligently followup and verify all R&R nominations, arrange for the commensurate awards and timely distribution.
Induction
Take ownership of the Induction process ensuring it is conducted as mandated for every new joinee within 2 days .
Induction-LMS New Hire Courses
Refer joining report and ensure assignment of the new hire LMS courses to every new joinee. Track and follow up for completion within given TAT.
LMS - Training Coordination
Compile the Skills Matrix to derive the Training Needs Analysis. Roll out the Training calendar in consultation with all the stakeholders; keep track of course roll out, attendance, completion and feedback.
All MIS / Reports / Data Integrity / Misc
All trackers and reports including Induction feedback analysis, LMS new hire course completion, Engagement and Training calendars, R&R nominations, service awards, birthdays, the Cost Report, and all HR communication towards all activities need to be maintained rigorously with accuracy, and rolled out / shared within given timelines.
