Agent Activity Supervision: Monitor and ensure that agents are following the designated activity plan to achieve desired sales targets.
Weekly Performance Review: Conduct regular performance reviews with agents, offering guidance and support to improve their sales performance.
Career Progression Promotion: Encourage agents to participate in career progression programs and motivate them to excel in their roles.
Agent Portal & CRM Usage: Promote and guide agents to effectively use the Agent Portal and CRM for customer management and cross-selling opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
Attributes: The ideal candidate must possess the following attributes:
Education: Minimum graduate in any stream.
Local Market Knowledge: Well-networked in the local area with a good understanding of the local market trends.
