Job Responsibilities:

1. Recruiting Agents: Identify and recruit potential agents who can effectively promote and sell life insurance products.

2. Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training to agents on a commission basis to enhance their knowledge and selling skills.

3. Agent Activity Supervision: Monitor and ensure that agents are following the designated activity plan to achieve desired sales targets.

4. Weekly Performance Review: Conduct regular performance reviews with agents, offering guidance and support to improve their sales performance.

5. Career Progression Promotion: Encourage agents to participate in career progression programs and motivate them to excel in their roles.

6. Agent Portal & CRM Usage: Promote and guide agents to effectively use the Agent Portal and CRM for customer management and cross-selling opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.

• Attributes: The ideal candidate must possess the following attributes:

  • Working with people and building strong relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a commercial focus.
  • Demonstrated drive for achieving results and meeting targets.
  • Maturity and professionalism in handling responsibilities.

• Education: Minimum graduate in any stream.

• Local Market Knowledge: Well-networked in the local area with a good understanding of the local market trends.
