ROLE PURPOSE
The CRM Manager will understand the full extent of the CRM/C4C digital solutions and integration components and how they fit into the enterprise architecture. He will collaborate effectively with colleagues from other verticals to define technology objectives, assess solution options and devise solutions that achieve both strategic business goals and meet operational requirements. Working with internal and external Stakeholders, taking a solution leadership role throughout design and delivery, to help ensure that technical solutions continue to meet business requirements and follow the organizations strategic vision. Our CRM Manager also acts as a technology leader within our wider digital and technology practices, related to CRM solutions.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
Minimum 5 years in SAP C4C with at least one C4C Service Implementation and one C4C Support project
Overall 5+ years of experience including Domain experience Experienced on C4C Service (mandatory), C4C ECC Integration (mandatory), C4C Sales (Good to have) should have good knowledge on configurations related to master data.
Customers, Installed Base, Products, Account Hierarchy, Employees and Contacts Well versed with configurations related to transactional data viz.
Service Contract, Sales Order and Service Ticket; Activities Email, Phone Call, Task and Messaging, Mandatory experience in C4C Service configurations and working including iBase, Warranty, Ticket/ Work Ticket, Contracts, Maintenance Plans, Service process Integration with SAP ERP, etc.
Good knowledge on configuring Service Entitlements
Good knowledge on C4C ECC Integration scenarios and troubleshooting integration issues.
Must have exposure to code-list mapping and ID mapping for integration Expert on Data Workbench tool of C4C.
Knowledge of Integration with Social media channels like Facebook and Twitter and Outlook, G-mail Good to have knowledge on C4C Campaign process
Excellent Communication Skills in English
He will be responsible for CRM data modelling, integration patterns and architecture best practices.
He will manage CRM offerings, including licensing options.
He will follow on the deployment management and software delivery lifecycle of CRM related solutions.
He will act as a trusted adviser in CRM fields, with a track record of creating successful technology solutions that support the organizational strategic vision and goals.
He will have to clearly explain digital ideas to non-technical audiences, and work effectively with non-technical colleagues and business executives.
He will have to perform as a capable team leader, managing teams of consultants, analysts, technologists and third-party suppliers to develop detailed solutions, costs, timescales and methods for delivery of technology solutions.
He will work closely with BAF Team and other Product Managers on business requirements analysis, design and implementation related to CRM solutions.
He will have to successfully manage the sourcing and selection process for third-party software and other technology components and services connected to the CRM area of interest, as required to enable delivery of digital transformation solutions
